This cannot be legal in California or anywhere else for that matter, at least not anymore sinc 2005. Paris Hilton was out and about in West Hollywood on Tuesday when this dude decided to see if she was any wearing underwear as she was leaving Catwalk Designer Vintage store. I am not one to defend Paris Hilton and everyone love a good upskirt shot but it is wrong to get it like this. Now if she was sitting down without crossing her legs or if she was wearing a skirt that was way too short to be seen in public or if the wind lift her skirt up or if she exit her car ungracefully giving the world a bird's eye view, thats fair game for a celebrity but not stoving a camera underneath her dress. This violation of Paris' privacy is just a lazy more.

Pretty bold move but still lazy on the part of the perverted paparazzi dude but I guess Paris Hilton is used to it by now and it's not like we've not seen what's underneath there many times before. Anyway when it come to upskirt pictures this site only post those of celebrities (or chicks of note) because we can't have people in malls doing thing like this dude did to Paris to regular girls. Paris Hilton caused an international incident because she thinks everyone needs to see how "hot" she is in a skimpy bikini. She decided to go for a staged photo shoot in her bikini on a beach in Dubai while she is there filming a new season of her MTV show My New BFF. This is nothing new for Paris posing in her bikini, the only problem is that Dubai is not a big fan of American skanks in tiny bikinis. That and it is against the law to wear suck revealing outfits in the Muslim country. The funny thing about this whole thing is producers warned her ass not to do it and the day before wearing her two piece she "made a big public speech, saying how much she loved the Middle East and respected its culture."

TV producers had banned the airhead heiress from wearing a bikini while she is in Dubai shooting the third series of My New BFF.
But within hours she was posing for photos in a skimpy two piece.
Brilliant. Our source says: "Paris had made a big public speech, saying how much she loved the Middle East and respected its culture.
