George Clooney is preparing a number of lawsuits to wage war after photos were published of a 13 year-old girl as she changed clothes while alone in one of the rooms of his villa in Italy. Wait, you can do that in Italy? Wow... He plans on suing the paparazzi ( a.k.a. paparazzo in Italy) who climbed over the wall of his Italian home to snap photographs of his girlfriend Elisabetta Canalis enjoying "private moments" in the yard and got a topless 13 year-old girl changing in one of his guest rooms instead. The photos were then published in two magazines. Yup, they actually published topless pictures of a 13 year old girl in not one Italian magazine but two. People these days are just not happy with topless and fully naked pictures of hot Italian models like Elisabetta Canalis. Anyway, this is where I for one draw the line in my "publishing." You will NOT find those candid pictures the child on this blog, I will not even name the magazines that published them. But here is what Clooney had to say:
“We’re suing two magazines AND a photographer. I don’t know about the law in the United States but in Italy it’s illegal for photographers to climb over my wall and to take long lens pictures of a 13-year-old girl in her bedroom.
I draw the line of privacy at that.”

It's hard to find any way to defend taking candid pictures of a topless 13 year-old girl as she change. Unless she looked way older and the paparazzo mistook her for Elisabetta but still he climbed a wall so even then he would be wrong. Last time I checked, George Clooney is not a father and his girlfriend is not a mother. So where the hell this naked teenage girl came from? If I was Clooney the last thing I would want people to think is I had gone Roman Polanski on them by having topless 13 year-old girls changing in my house. Anyhow, such pictures of children are not posted here but here are a few nipply candid pics the paparazzi got of Clooney's 30 year-old POA girlfriend Ms. Canalis in Mimai.
