In her lawsuit, Miss Hudgens claims that the pictures were "self-portrait photographs" that were taken in a private residence for private use. The lawsuit also contends that:

“The photos were obtained by unknown methods and posted on the internet by an unknown person without Hudgens’ knowledge or consent.”

Apparently, the leaked nudie pics were intended for the eyes of boyfriend Zac Efron only. But you may not have seen that because it was cut out of the Teen Choice Awards broadcast on FOX Monday night. Typically Dane Cook is the least funny comedian but he saw his chance and he took it. It was so awesome that now people are feeling symptomatic for Vanessa Hudgens over the joke resulting in a backlash for Dane. The buzz began Sunday during the taping of the awards show when comedian Dane Cook brought up Vanessa Hudgens's latest nude photo scandal in front of the youth of America. She did not see it coming and you can tell from her deer in headlights look. Fucking priceless!

Dane first commented, "Before I do the Choice Hotties, can I just say what everybody in the room is thinking but nobody has said?" Dane Cook asked for and then searched for Vanessa and she was overjoyed with excitement so she waived hands to the teen fans all around. "Where is Vanessa Hudgens? Girl, you gots to keep your clothes! Phones are for phone calls, girl," he said to the surprise of fans and a not-so-pleased Vanessa. Exactly one year and eleven months ago, Disney and High School Musical star Vanessa Hudgens took a bunch of naked pictures of herself for Zac Efron and the pictures got leaked online resulting in a frenzy. Today we get part 2.

The Disney Corparation sure can produce them right. You would think Vanessa Hudgens might have learned her lesson after her leaked naked pic scandal from two years ago but I guess not. Another round of risque topless cell phone pics of the High School Musical hit the Internets this morning. I don't know when they were taken or who she took them for, maybe her boyfriend Zac Efron or maybe for me. She knows I love topless camwhoring pictures in the morning. LOL... The big question is when these were taken. They might be yet to leak photos from the first leaked set or brand new self-shots which would indicate Vanessa is crazy as hell. And for the record, she is now 20-year-old, turning 21 on December 14th. She was 18 when the first set were taken.

If these are new but I don't suspect so based on the model cellphone she is using. But if the are new then she is either totally self-destructive or the greatest attention whore in the history of mankind. But I am not complain because the camwhore made my day. Vanessa's new movie Bandslam hits theatres next Friday. While the timing may be a little suspect, can’t help but wonder if this is an inside job by her managers or produces of the movie.
