The married couple and Peniche pass around the camera at the 25-year-old ex-beauty queen's Studio City apartment. In the clip, they appear intoxicated as they take a bath in a jacuzzi tub and lay around naked in bed while discussing their porn names. The clip below is a shortened version of the 12-minute original sex tape which stars Gayheart and Dane who married in 2004 with Peniche.

The sex tape footage clip of the full sextape features the intoxicated threesome passing a camera around and dreaming up porn names for each other. Rebecca Gayheart and Kari Ann Peniche are seen naked sharing a bathtub, while Eric films them at the end of the video. The 3-and-a-half-minute video available for download below is a clip cut down from roughly 12 minute of footage. She is reportedly been turning tricks as a high-price Hollywood prostitute among engaging in other illegal activities to make a living.

Kari Ann claim the video was stored on the hard drive of her computer, but stolen by Mindy McCready, who was her roommate after the two completed a stint on the TV show "Celebrity Rehab." Kari Ann says she got into an argument with McCready over money and believes the singer took her hard drive when she moved out. Keri Ann freaked out about certain personal information about her on the hard drive and filed a stolen property report with the LAPD.

According to reports after ingesting a boatload of mind-altering drugs, a nude Eric Dane nailed his wife Rebecca Gayheart and beauty-queen-turned-Hollywood-madam Kari Ann Peniche. While debating the best porn star names of course. Dane and Gayheart's lawyer Marty Singer insists he will sue anyone who publishes the "private, confidential tape," adding "from what I've seen, it's a naked tape, not a sex tape." Dane states, "My alter-ego name is Peter (and) my dog growing up was called Cocaine, and I lived on Manor Drive, so I’m Cocaine Manor." This isn’t the first time Rebecca Gayheart’s been seen naked and high in a hot tub.
